Gallant is a pet biotech company that banks stem cells and also develops stem cell therapies.

Veterinarians are able to extract stem cells when a dog is spayed or neutered.

Aaron Hirschhorn, the founder, previously started DogVacay and oversaw its merger with Rover in 2017.  In 2019, Gallant raised $11 million in funding from several investors, including Maveron and Bold Capital Partners.

Daryl Rawlings, the founder of Trupanion pet insurance, is a member of the board.
